Dried Products

Richmond Dairies produces a range of dried dairy products including:

• Yoghurt powder
  • Based on cultured skimmed milk powder.
  • Maximum of 1.5% fat and 4% moisture.
  • Mild yoghurt flavour with a pH of between 5.2 - 5.6.
  • Fine granular powdered product with colouration of light to medium cream.
  • Has a shelf life, when stored correctly, of 12 months.
  • High solubility so it can be used to provide clean yoghurt flavours to drinks and frozen products.
• Skimmed milk powder
  • Medium heat product with good solubility and fine granular size.
  • Contains not more than 4% moisture
  • Sweet, clean flavour
  • Is white to cream in colour
  • Has a shelf life, if stored correctly, of 24 months and a maximum standard plate count of 10,000 cfu/gm.
