Cream 
Fresh raw and thermalized cream at 40% butterfat.

Skim Milk 
Raw skim milk at approximately 10% total solids.

Concentrated Skim Milk 
Raw concentrated skim milk concentrated up to approximately 34% total solids.

Yoghurt 
A range of natural and Greek style yoghurts made to customer specifications and supplied in food grade pallecons.
