Mild yoghurt flavour with a pH of between 5.2 - 5.6.
Fine granular powdered product with colouration of light to medium cream.
Has a shelf life, when stored correctly, of 12 months.
High solubility so it can be used to provide clean yoghurt flavours to drinks and frozen products.
